Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children to learn and grow. Duties

  • Supervise and monitor children to ensure their safety at all times
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, including meal planning and cooking as needed
  • Engage children in age-appropriate teaching and caregiving activities to promote development
  • Maintain cleanliness of the childcare area, including cleaning toys, surfaces, and equipment
  • Support children with special needs or disabilities by providing personalized care and assistance
  • Foster positive behavior through guidance, encouragement, and effective communication
  • Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate children's progress and needs

Experience

  • Prior experience working with children is highly preferred
  • Experience with caregiving, teaching, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with children of various ages in a caring and professional manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members
