We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the development and well-being of children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children to learn and grow. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while working in a collaborative and rewarding setting.
Duties
- Supervise and monitor children to ensure their safety at all times
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, including meal planning and cooking as needed
- Engage children in age-appropriate teaching and caregiving activities to promote development
- Maintain cleanliness of the childcare area, including cleaning toys, surfaces, and equipment
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by providing personalized care and assistance
- Foster positive behavior through guidance, encouragement, and effective communication
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate children's progress and needs
Experience
- Prior experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience with caregiving, teaching, or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well with children of various ages in a caring and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members
