As our
GTM Engineer

, you'll support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success by building the automations, integrations, and systems that connect our go-to-market engine. You'll make sure workflows are smooth, data is clean, and teams can move fast with the right insights at their fingertips.

Responsibilities

Automation Engineering

  • Design, implement, and maintain automations connecting

,
HubSpot

, and
Apollo

using
n8n

.
- Ensure seamless data flow between GTM systems to eliminate manual work and create reliable processes.

Data & Workflow Enablement

  • Build, optimize, and maintain clean GTM workflows: lead routing, lifecycle management, onboarding flows, and renewal triggers.
  • Ensure accurate data hygiene and visibility across all systems.

Prospecting & Enrichment with Clay

  • Use

to create and maintain dynamic workbooks and tables that surface the right accounts and contacts for outreach.
- Configure enrichments and leverage
Claygent

to automate research, append critical data, and identify key signals for GTM teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate their needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support so GTM teams can confidently use the tools you build.

System Integration & Monitoring

  • Manage system integrations and performance — ensuring data integrity, uptime, and minimal manual intervention.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose technical improvements.

Innovation & Tooling

  • Research and evaluate emerging tools or methods to enhance Glowtify's GTM stack.
  • Continuously test and refine automations to improve conversion, retention, and efficiency metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a GTM, RevOps, or automation engineering role, ideally within a startup.
  • Hands-on experience with
    HubSpot

Apollo

, and

(or similar tools).
- Strong experience building workflows and integrations in
n8n

(preferred) or other automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with a deep appreciation for structure, quality, and measurable outcomes.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bonus: coding ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
