Lavender and Lemon Cleaning Co. provides elite quality residential and commercial cleaning that allow our clients to take back their time. We understand the importance of work/life balance so we can offer flexibility in setting up your schedule and are also big believers in protecting Mother Earth and use only natural cleaning products.

What you'll do

  • Arrive on time and stay for the entire shift.
  • Use an app to view shift details, clock in and out, and to communicate with management.
  • Clean the space assigned following the strategies given through training.
  • Maintain cleaning kit (keeping it clean and caring for products in your possession).
  • Launder cloths at the end of each day.
  • Clean out vacuum canister before next shift.
  • Provide scheduler with a minimum of two weeks notices for any time off.
  • Communicate late arrivals or sick call ins via email.

Where you'll fit in

Home base is in Stratford, however we aim to keep team members as close to home as possible and do not require a physical check in before each shift. Client locations will vary.

Work hours

Residential cleaning is typically done Monday and Friday between 9am and 5pm. We ask for a minimum of four shifts per week and are flexible in creating schedules. This position pays $18/hour to start then moves to $20/hour after the three month probation has been completed.
