This person will be extremely organized, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as the role as Stockroom Office Clerk includes maintaining inventory levels, purchasing, receiving, and daily data entry.

Job Type / Category

• This is a full time, hourly position
• 34-39 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday
• Some overtime maybe required
• Health benefit package, Christmas bonus
• 8 paid personal days
• Remuneration is based on experience.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• 1 years work experience in office environment
• High School Diploma
• Strong working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, and Simply Accounting
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently, and meet deadlines
• Professional and courteous with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory levels in stock room and accurate detailed records of part allocation
• Communicating with suppliers to receive pricing, lead times, placing purchase orders, and expediting orders
• Receiving and allocating incoming components while carefully checking quantities, part numbers, report damage, and arranging returns when necessary
• Daily preparation/data entry of packing slips, invoices, waybills, employee time sheets, and consumables using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to deal with clients, salesmen, and public in person and on the telephone in a professional and courteous manner with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to be a Team Player ready to collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
