Are you detail-oriented, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? Nita Lake Lodge is seeking a Food & Beverage Expeditor (Expo) to join our dynamic culinary and front-of-house teams. As the key link between the kitchen and the dining room, you'll ensure every dish leaves the pass on time, beautifully presented, and headed to the right table.

About the Role

As an Expeditor, you'll manage the flow of orders, communicate closely with chefs and servers, and maintain an organized, efficient pass. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying focused, working collaboratively, and keeping high-energy service running smoothly from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize chits to ensure accurate, timely food delivery
• Communicate with the culinary team to track order progress and maintain service flow
• Coordinate with servers to ensure dishes reach the correct tables promptly
• Review plating and presentation to uphold quality and consistency
• Monitor timing to prevent delays and ensure hot food leaves the kitchen immediately
• Maintain a clean, organized pass and support service stations as needed
• Assist with table resets and opening/closing duties
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols

What You Bring:

• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
• Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
