**About Us**

Nita Lake Lodge is a boutique lakeside hotel in Whistler, BC, recognized for its exceptional hospitality and elevated dining experiences. We take pride in delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Food & Beverage Expeditor (Expo) to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams, ensuring efficient service and an outstanding guest experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and organize chits to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
- Communicate effectively with the culinary team to track order progress and maintain service flow
- Coordinate with servers to ensure dishes are delivered to the right tables at the right time
- Double-check plating and presentation to maintain quality and consistency before food leaves the kitchen
- Prioritize orders based on timing and kitchen workflow to prevent delays
- Maintain a smooth and efficient pass, ensuring that hot food goes out promptly and correctly
- Assist in resetting tables and keeping service stations stocked
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in designated areas and follow all health and safety protocols

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to relay information between the kitchen and service teams
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Serving It Right Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
