About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Parts Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will support the Parts Manager in the daily operations of our busy parts department, helping ensure smooth workflow, accurate inventory, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Parts Manager with day-to-day operations of the parts department
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering and restocking of parts
  • Oversee and manage tire storage—including organization, labeling, seasonal changeover coordination, and record-keeping
  • Support technicians and service advisors by ensuring correct and timely parts availability
  • Assist in training and supervising parts staff
  • Monitor parts returns, warranties, and core tracking
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive parts or dealership operations (management or supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of parts catalogs and inventory management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
