Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth operation for food preparation and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is a plus but not required. Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, counters, and storage spaces
  • Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary items are available for meal service
  • Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food handling, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Daytime and evening availability
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a kitchen setting
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required
  • Basic understanding of food service operations and hospitality standards is advantageous
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as necessary
