Reporting to the General Manager, this position is accountable for developing, implementing and supporting sales programs to achieve sales and margin objectives. What You'll Do:Develop, implement, and manage divisional sales strategies, ensuring overall alignment with corporate objectives including outlining expectations for sales, gross margin and pricing. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives and Branch Managers in the development, implementation and execution of sales plans in order to assist them in meeting performance targets and ensure alignment with business strategy. Responsible for the management of the customer base and effective implementations of customer programs. Responsible for precision ag products and customer planning resources. In conjunction with the Divisional and Branch Management, assist in the development of sales, operating and capital budgets. Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding saleable inventory, competitive pricing/programs, and reporting of sales vs objectives. Provide market intelligence to Product Line Manager, Marketing, Regions, and Division Management Teams. What You'll Bring:5+ years of demonstrated effective experience in the areas of farm supply sales and marketing. University Degree in Agriculture, Commerce or Administration. Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license. Proficient in utilizing computers for word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications. Ready to make an impact with us?
