We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that food preparation and safety standards are met. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation and food service is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
