We are looking for a
highly skilled GenAI Core Developer
with strong hands-on experience in Azure AI services and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate will lead the
design, development, deployment, and optimization
of AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and RAG architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and optimize
    RAG-based GenAI applications
  • Develop AI solutions leveraging
    Azure OpenAI (LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
  • Build cloud-native services using
    Azure Functions, App Services, API Management
  • Automate deployments with
    Terraform/Bicep & CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement
    document processing, speech & video AI capabilities
  • Ensure
    security, governance, and compliance
    in enterprise environments
  • Integrate AI services with existing business systems and workflows

Technical Skills Needed

  • Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, App Services, AI Foundry
  • RAG Pipelines, Chunking, Embeddings, Vector Databases
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio, Low-code automation
  • DevOps, GitHub/ADO CI-CD, Infrastructure as Code
