•       Manage all facets of project delivery, including stakeholder management, project/program governance, scope, schedule, budget, issue and risk management on a wide variety of business units and programs
•       Define all project deliverables
•       Provide effective communications across all levels
•       Manage risk and response plans;
•       Provide and drive quality delivery of projects on time and on budget
•       Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
•       Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage communications and expectations.
•       Develop, evaluate impacts and manage complex project scope requirements, identify options, complete cost estimating and budgets
•       Monitor and Manage project budget
•       Solidify solutions offerings and contribute to knowledge deliverables for RPA offerings.
•       Autonomously be effective at project planning & delivery and work with diverse teams of consultants in a cross functional environment. 
•       Work with structured project plans, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process
•       Be versatile and open to wearing multiple hats to ensure quality deliverables on all projects.
•       Thought Leadership: Strategic content creation, Sales demos, presentations, marketing content.
•       Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies.
•  Open to new accountabilities as the role and Greenlight continues to evolve and grow
•       Contribute positively to the culture of Greenlight as the firm continues to grow.   Skills and Competencies:
•       Project Management Certificate (PMP), and formal training in project management tools is an asset
•       Proven experience leading the implementation and support of technology projects
•       Strategic leadership skills to build, develop, motivate and oversea project teams
•       Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in order to build partnerships, consensus and effective working relationships with internal teams, clients and other stakeholders
•       Highly proficient project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to interact with and influence across all levels
