Job Description: Solid understanding of RPA process intake with minimum data for evaluating process and categorization 'Automation Ready' or 'Business Process Improvement' required. Solid experience in Architecture the process automation. Identify and correct process gap. Re-engineering process suited for automation. Solid experience in building Process Design Documents (PDD). Automation of Center of Excellence experience (CoE). Management and generation of pipeline of project requests Experience in coordinating with multiple teams for approvals, access and other information related to process automation. Test Case creation and handling UAT Agile methodology for project development Required Skills Motivator that drives accountability to proven, convenient, automated processes Leader of meetings, facilitating new demos, collection of action items followed up by summary emails/group instant messages with reminders/tracking of progress Experience working with leadership to obtain project approvals to start work and to deploy Creation of documentation ranging from high level summaries to detailed process steps Creator of numerous Process Design Document (PDD) or a similar requirements template from scratch containing all of the information needed to satisfy a project Strong process optimization skills and the ability to define the benefit for process owners to pivot to the proposed process Project and program roadmap planning eliminating scope creep Agile Fundamentals User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation and test case creation Desired Skills RPA Program Management Automation Center of Excellence experience Management and generation of a pipeline of project requests Key Words/Phrases Process Architect Robotic Process Automation RPA Alteryx Workato Center of Excellence COE Automation / Automation Projects Intake Process Business Process Improvement Process Optimization Process re-engineering Process Gaps Communication Deliverables Pipeline Solution Approach Motivate / Motivation Engagement / Participation Creative / Creativity Relationship Building Sense of Community Project Management Program Awareness User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases Post Go Live Support Google Workspace Warm Regards, D:
