About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager – Technical & Field Operations to join our Project Management Office (PMO) with a mandate to align customer delivery commitments with product readiness and field execution capabilities in a manner that delivers an outstanding experience to all internal and external stakeholders. This position serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Product, and Field Teams to ensure organizational resources, schedules, and technical capacity are fully synchronized with customer-facing activities. The Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with Customer Relationship Management in a variety of capacities, including building and enforcing pipeline discipline, ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and presenting leadership with visibility into risks and opportunities. This is a high-leverage role central to scaling our business.   Operational Facilitation
  • Own the integration of CRM activities that require Field, Product, or Management support, including internal service delivery and facilitation of information gathering and communication regarding client management as required
  • Ensure that deals are properly advanced, documented, and tagged with product readiness, demo requirements, and onboarding needs
  • Partner with IT to integrate HubSpot with product and resource tracking systems such as deal tags, etc
  Customer Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
  • Actively support customer onboarding and lifecycle management, acting as a facilitator for Sales, as required, to support contracting and fulfillment with efficiency
  • Manage logs of resource inventories related to customer lifecycle tracking responsibilities
  • Facilitate and track:
  • Internal SLA, response times, and success rates
  • Training/onboarding completion and adoption metrics
  • Product readiness alignment with pipeline demand
  • Other KPIs as defined
  Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication
  • Facilitate regular review meetings with Sales, Product, and Field team leads
  • Identify and escalate conflicts between pipeline demand, product readiness, and field capacity
  • Act as an ambassador to align sales forecasts with development timelines and resource availability
  • Coordinate demos, events, and onboarding demands against Field Application team bandwidth
  • Mitigate capacity risks through scheduling, prioritization, and creative problem-solving
  Process Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop SOPs and workflows for pipeline management, demo scheduling, and onboarding
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and alignment within the organization
  • Provide executive leadership with transparent reporting on risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities

  Role Requirements: Education & Experience
  • 3+ years experience in project coordination/management, revenue operations, or PMO in a high-growth technology or aerospace/defense company.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market life cycle: sales pipeline management, product launch readiness, customer onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Business Central (or equivalents) and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills — able to align cross-functional leaders and influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability across multiple teams.
  • Project Management certifications are considered a bonus.
