We are looking to hire Manufacturing Automation Engineer immediately who has experience in design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions:

Role Overview:

Looking for candidates who can support in establishing greenfield project - highly automated manufacturing facility. A skilled and innovative
Manufacturing Automation Engineer
to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study the current manufacturing line in collaboration with an industrial engineers, Manufacturing & Quality team and support in developing current layout and process details.
  • Participate and Coordinate with Cross Functional team for the USR/ proposal request development
  • Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers for Business case proposals and preliminary assessments
  • Plan, monitor and Manage automation projects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Support / Coordinate the integration of various automation components, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks to create a seamless and efficient manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements from the initial design phase.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and start-up of new automated equipment and systems in the greenfield site.
  • Collaborate with compliance team to ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company quality requirements.
  • Consistent reporting to the leadership and CFT on status of each project with challengers and risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduation required.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning to keep up with new technologies.
