Role Description
This is a key full-time sales role responsible for managing and growing Avro GSE's most valuable accounts across the United States and Canada. Your primary focus will be leveraging our portfolio of cutting-edge equipment, fleet management systems, and comprehensive maintenance packages to drive safety, efficiency, and compliance for our major clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, relationship building, and strategic sales planning
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Familiarity with ground support equipment or aviation industry is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
- Flexibility to work on-site and travel as required
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
