What We Are Looking For :

We're currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Manager of Accounting Services to join our dynamic dream team As a leader, you'll mentor and support both Junior and Senior Accountants, fostering collaboration and professional growth. In this role, you'll also oversee client engagements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and best practices. What You Will Be Doing :

  • Lead client engagements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to best practices
  • Manage financial processes, including reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
  • Support the integration and optimization of financial systems and technology to improve client services
  • Prepare interim and year-end financial statements, along with other relevant reports to clients and their stakeholders
  • Develop budgets, projections, cash-flow forecasts, project budgets, and other data analysis as required
  • Lead the annual audit process with external auditors, including all audit coordination on behalf of the client and preparation of documents supporting annual financial statements
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and conducting financial and variance analyses
  • Lead and/or review the work of Junior and Senior Accountants through delegation, training, oversight, and mentoring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client deliverables
  • Assist Associates and Senior Associates with client projects as assigned

Education and Experience :

  • 3+ years of progressive and post-CPA experience managing clients in a professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, financial systems, and accounting standards
  • Experience working with cloud-based accounting solutions (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and financial technology tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively prioritize work assignments for themselves and assigned team members
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in outsourced accounting, professional services, or consulting is an asset
