To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team.Your missions :Production SupervisorEligible for weekend compensation differentialFriday-MondayFriday & Monday 9:00am-5:00pmSaturday & Sunday 9:00am-9:00pmThe Production Supervisor is responsible for the unit's proper production (GMP, quality, safety, hygiene), and management of the production schedule within planned deadlines. This role will manage a team of production operators and guarantee their performance, their safety and the quality of products manufactured.Responsibilities:Suggest improvements to production roadmapApprove SOPsLiaise/interact with other Production functions (QA, CI, HSE, SC, maintenance and engineering + new external from Ceva)Ensure that materials and resources are available to deliver production; coordinate with QA for quality control samples; select the correct components for production.Ensure standards are in place across the teamsOwn Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetingsAnalyse objections (root cause analysis) & liaise with CI, maintenancePlan & organize the team's work -> adjust the given production schedule given by planning and do team schedule; give guidance & objectives to team according to planningMake sure that team members are monitoring their activitiesLead the team's performance (no interdependence) and shift performance reviewPropose cost related optimization/ decisions in production, resources.Participate in building budgetAnalyse all variances & report them to the production manager (in Tier 2)Ensure implementation of action plansOwn the skill matrixControl & ensure standards are applied, and the environment is safeMake sure the internal audits are performedSupport/coach operators to write SOP and validate themCheck batch recordsEnsure the execution of CPS standards within the unitIdentify improvement initiatives and allocate the necessary resources to achieve the objectives of the teamIn liaison with other functions, identify actions for cross-sectional improvement and provide the support and resources for the achievement of the identified actionsPromote the operational excellence culture and continuous improvement initiatives from its teams. Hold daily Cperf unit and Cperf operational meetings.Build and monitor unit service performance indicatorsParticipate in the change control boardSuggest CAPEX investments to improve performance at the unit levelAssess potential investments (1st level) and validate themParticipate in the deployment of strategic projects on the site.Participate in the definition and deployment of medium-term strategic projects in the unit, provide input/expertise in a project, can be a 'user project leader'= user requirements collection, etc.Support the project / program manager with major issues and problems, and with interpreting and applying organizational policies and procedures.Communicate and manage relationships on the executive level.Manage a team of 8 to 10 operators.Set ambitious goals for self and establish clear expectations through objectives and priorities coherent for his/her teams to meet defined KPI & targets.Define and roll out an operational roadmap based on tactical goals, with key milestones and quick wins. Raise the standards for High Performance in order to support Ceva growth. Deal with information and trade-off feedbacks in order to make decisions and arbitrations and to fulfill his/her role. Responsible for the implementation of the company policies, plans and processes.Own and create the appropriate conditions for people to reach the objectives through an efficient organization (process and managerial practices).Develop solutions based on his/her expertise and eventually with the support of proper stakeholders. Quickly implement the proper action in order to solve a problem.Propose and Install customer processes and new solutions within the entity. Monitor and develop the team members collectively and individually to make the client into the center (processes and services).Build trustful relationships with key actors.Optimize his/her organization to foster the client's satisfaction (through internal and or external processes). Ensure customers' needs are met and when it's needed, that problems are corrected.Understand the global organisation and adapt to dynamic conditions with the most effective and cost-efficient solution. Develop a relational network within the organisation.Manage activities with a transversal overview and monitor the workforce planning with anticipation in line with Ceva strategy. Drive resources allocation with dedicated support teams (HR, finance) and assign them to the appropriate tasks, propose improvement of his/her teams organisation to achieve performance.Optimize the yearly budget of the team.Recruit, onboard and retain the best talent according to Ceva interestOwn the Development & Performance processes: elaborate and implement plans to develop team competences and coach individual talent. Anticipate mobility and succession planning and consider cross families' evolutions for his/her team.Share enthusiasm, provide fair recognition system to mobilize the team and detect the natural trends and preferences of team members to foster the team spirit. Create interdependence between people goals and interests, delegate tasks according to individual competences to foster efficient cooperation and empowerment.Promote collaborative and out of the box ways of working to monitor and continuously improve processes.
