**Precast Production Supervisor**

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in Precast Concrete Preferred
- 1-3 years of Supervisory experience
- Experience with overhead crane and hoisting and rigging
- Ability to read and interpret/instruct blueprints/shop drawings and specs
- Advanced ability to use power tools and shop equipment
- Physically mobile, will be a lot of walking
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead production workers to efficiently use equipment and meet deadlines
- Oversee the entire Precast Concrete production process, from material ordering to shipping and receiving
- Ensure high-quality concrete products, teaching better practices as needed
- Operate the concrete batch plant for ready to pour
- Form custom concrete products for work orders
- Scheduling and efficient organization of tasks and production demands
- Implement safety protocols and collaborate with other departments to improve processes
- Monitor inventory and adjust production based on stock levels
- Enforce safety standards and collaborate with quality control to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe environment for employees by educating them on safety procedures
- Determine forming that needs repair, weld/repair or replace as needed

**Location**:

- Guelph, Ontario

**Language**: Able to speak, read and write English with technical skills
