What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive, providing a warm and professional experience
  • Manage appointments, phone calls, and client inquiries with efficiency and care
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, billing, and maintaining patient records
  • Support the veterinary team to help the clinic run smoothly
  • Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Process orders and assist in stock and inventory duties

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent customer service skills — friendly, empathetic, and ready to help
  • Administrative experience — office or healthcare background preferred
  • Strong attention to detail — able to multitask while maintaining accuracy
  • Clear communication skills — you'll be the go-to resource for clients
  • Flexibility — full-time availability including alternating Saturdays
  • Vet clinic experience (1 year preferred)
