Why You'll Love This Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to provide support during a 12-month maternity leave. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of HR Business Partner (HRBP) activities, supporting employees and managers across multiple functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day HR support for employees and managers, including responding to inquiries, coordinating HR processes, and supporting employee relations.

• Assist with onboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting and data analysis using Excel.

• Support the preparation of HR communications, presentations, and reports in PowerPoint.

• Partner with the HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate and support various HR programs, projects, and events as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR support capacity.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
