Sami + Co., a People + Culture consultancy is looking for an innovative, creative business developer to engage with and close client contracts related to Employee Engagement, Compensation + Total Rewards.
The incumbent must be self-motivated, experienced in sales, business development, and CRM management. Must have basic knowledge of People + Culture (progressive Human Resources / Human Capital) concepts and strategies. Former Recruitment and/or Business Partnership experience a strong asset
In this role, you are your own boss and are focused on achieving results. Compensation is based on results achieved.
Position is a ROWE (Results Only Work Environment) model. 100% Autonomy = 100% Accountability.
