Under the supervision of the Clinic Lead, the business development/clinic consultant is responsible for managing client consultations by advising, educating and guiding clients towards a personalized treatment plan, following to the company's standards.

**Main responsibilities**:
**1. Consultation management**
- Mastering our sales, service and operational processes.
- Assess client needs and propose an appropriate treatment plan.
- Monitor and follow up on the files of clients met during consultations.
- Consult and educate prospective patients on treatment plans, and information on our doctors and services.
- Plan and coordinate client appointments for the treatment plan.
- Monitor and follow up on prospective patients.
- Educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, manage interactions with patients both pre and post-phase.
- Work closely with the Doctors/Clinicians and be involved in all aspects of the client experience.
- Evaluate all levels of patient care to ensure the quality of care meets Brand standards.
- Represent the organization with a positive and professional image in all levels of operation, internal and public.

**2. Administrative follow-up**
- Administrative duties, such as filing, and tracking sales and client info and demographics.
- Prepare and maintain consultation statistics for management.
- Assist front desk in answering phones, scheduling patients, and check patients In and Out.
- Act as a support to the Clinic Lead, as needed.

**3. Business Development**
- Develop a strategy for business and revenue growth;
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Use platforms like WeChat, Facebook, etc. to reach out to potential customers;
- Promote the clinic’s products and services;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

**Required qualifications and professional experience**:

- Diploma of professional studies in administration or aesthetics. Any other combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- At least five (5) years of sales experience.
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) would be a great asset.

**Required tools and software**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.

**Required personal skills**:

- Demonstrate team spirit and collaboration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to fully understand the client’s needs.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Motivated and results-oriented.
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-24 per week
