Overview
:

We are looking to hire someone in Pointe-Claire (preferred) or at any our branch across Canada where onsite work is possible. The candidate must be bilingual in English and French and will work a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After hire, there may be an opportunity to work remotely two days per week.

This entry-level role involves spending the day logged into phone and chat systems to answer incoming inquiries, while also working on cases as they arise. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for the team, providing timely and accurate support.

Duties
:

  • Provides first line support and coaching to employee and manager enquiries as the single point of contact through resolution.
  • Supports deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of HR processes, programs and initiatives within designated geography across all businesses and functions.
  • Assists in delivering solutions to enhance employee experience, drive efficiency, and are compliant with local legislation and company policy.

Qualifications
:

  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field highly preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience or a diploma in Human Resources.
