Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute a structured consultant communication strategy ensuring consistent, personalized engagement across all assignments and locations. Coordinate communication touchpoints across Resourcing, Practice Leads, Sales, Marketing, and Consulting Services. Maintain communication throughout the consultant lifecycle including onboarding, mid‑project check‑ins, project completion, and reassignment. Support newsletters, video updates, consultant announcements, and recognition campaigns. Enable Practice Lead mentorship, feedback loops, and career alignment. Support 30/60/90‑day check‑ins and consultant integration activities. Collaborate with Resourcing on redeployment planning, assignment readiness, and consultant career continuity. Strengthen consultant‑facing brand consistency across LinkedIn, bios, and PTAG identity. Support Sales and BD in fostering consultant recognition and two‑way communication. Promote learning, certification, and PTAG Academy opportunities. Coordinate communities of practice, town halls, and consultant engagement events. Qualifications / Requirements 7–10 years of experience in consultant engagement, internal communications, or talent relationship management within a professional services environment. Proven experience supporting geographically distributed or client‑embedded teams. Strong collaboration and influence across Resourcing, Marketing, Sales, and Consulting Services. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience using CRM, ATS, or workforce communication tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with engineering, construction, or project consulting environments is an asset.
