We're Hiring Part-Time Project & Event Coordinator (Contract Position)

Position Type: Contract, Part-Time (Flexible Hours)
Location: Remote/Virtual (Edmonton-based candidates preferred)
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Email Newsletter – Create engaging content, design and format the newsletter, send for approval to the team lead, and distribute to our full client database.
- Team Events – Plan and coordinate all team events, including invites, vendor communication, scheduling, and event-day organization.
- Appointment Coordination – Book and confirm realtor appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication between team members and clients.
- Listing Feedback & Database Management – Collect and follow up on feedback from all listing showings, and accurately input information into our client database.
- Weekly Team Meetings – Attend weekly team meetings to stay aligned on projects, updates, and upcoming events.
- Holiday/Prospect Drop-Offs – Coordinate prospect and client holiday gift drop-offs, including managing lists, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Special Client Competitions – Plan and set up client competitions (e.g., colouring contests, gingerbread house decorating contests), follow up with participants, document results, and manage photos.
- Support the Team – Assist the Project & Event Manager with assignments, support the Client Care Manager as needed (including during holidays), and take on special projects as assigned.
- Training & Development – Join weekly training courses as part of the team coaching program.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in administration, project coordination, event planning, or virtual assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools for email campaigns, scheduling, and database management.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
