About The Role
We're looking for a driven Outside Area Sales Manager to cover the Quebec and Eastern Canada territory. You'll play a key role in growing market share, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering tailored adhesive solutions that solve real manufacturing challenges.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Build lasting relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
- Become a technical expert on MTA's specialty products.
- Manage your territory effectively—plan, visit, follow up, and close.
- Maintain accurate activity reports and sales forecasts using our CRM.
- Proven outside sales experience (adhesives, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management ability
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Base salary: $60,000 – $80,000
- Commission + bonuses: OTE $90,000 – $120,000+
