At our Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill location, we are seeking a motivated Junior Service Advisor & Service Support Staff to be part of our dynamic team.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation: Base salary PLUS Bonus The right motivated candidate will earn $40,000 to $65,000 annually (combined salary and bonus)

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service with professional, clear communication
  • Complete and review service orders with customers and the shop
  • Accurately estimate service costs and completion times
  • Educate customers on products and services that best suit their needs
  • Schedule service appointments and manage parts on repair orders
  • Maintain accurate records and produce flawless paperwork

  • Service Support Staff Roles:

  • Greeter and performing vehicle walk-arounds (taking pictures).

  • Valet/shuttle duties.
  • Contacting customers with service updates or when their vehicle is ready.
  • Cashier duties.
  • Providing general support to the entire department frontline.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience and knowledge in the automotive service industry
  • Understanding of mechanical components of vehicles
  • Ability to maintain professional and technical expertise through ongoing training
  • Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of PBS is an asset
