At our Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill location, we are seeking a motivated Junior Service Advisor & Service Support Staff to be part of our dynamic team. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation:  Base salary PLUS Bonus  The right motivated candidate will earn $40,000 to $65,000 annually (combined salary and bonus) Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities Cost-sharing benefits package Ongoing training and career development to support advancement Employee perks and a supportive work environment What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional customer service with professional, clear communication Complete and review service orders with customers and the shop Accurately estimate service costs and completion times Educate customers on products and services that best suit their needs Schedule service appointments and manage parts on repair orders Maintain accurate records and produce flawless paperwork Service Support Staff Roles: - Greeter and performing vehicle walk-arounds (taking pictures). - Valet/shuttle duties. - Contacting customers with service updates or when their vehicle is ready. - Cashier duties. - Providing general support to the entire department frontline.
