We're a fast-paced logistics company operating across North America, seeking a Skilled Load Booking Specialist who thrives in detail-oriented environments and can communicate clearly and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Manage booking of at least 20–30 loads per week on platforms such as DAT, Loadlink, or equivalent.
  • Confirm load details (rates, pickup/delivery, equipment) with brokers, clients, and carriers—verifying accuracy within 60 minutes.
  • Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service quality.
  • Provide written updates (email/portal) and timely verbal communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Minimum 2 years of direct load booking experience, specifically on load boards like DAT or Loadlink. Please list the platforms you've used.
  • Fluent professional-level English—both written and spoken; you must be able to draft emails clearly and discuss complex load details over the phone.
  • Proven ability to manage 20+ bookings per week accurately and efficiently.
  • In-depth familiarity with U.S. & Canadian geography and major freight corridors.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cross-border freight processes, customs, or import/export documentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve issues quickly under pressure.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills or experience managing rate agreements or freight claims.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
