Senior Sales Consultant / Account Manager

Ottawa & Surrounding Region | Remote, Field-Based

CanRad Beauty Limited is one of Canada's largest distributors of professional salon products, representing leading brands including Amika, L'ANZA, Moroccanoil, Paul Mitchell, Oligo, and DesignMe.

We're seeking an
experienced Senior Sales Consultant / Account Manager
to
manage and grow an established Ottawa territory with an existing client base
. This role is best suited for a
territory sales professional
who thrives in relationship-driven selling, values autonomy, and has experience managing geographic accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow existing salon accounts within an assigned territory
  • Develop new business opportunities within your region
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with salon owners and managers
  • Execute consistent daily customer visits and territory planning
  • Represent premium professional brands with expertise and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven success in
    territory sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience selling to
    small and medium-sized businesses (B2B)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel required)
  • Experience in the
    professional hair or beauty industry
    preferred
  • Bilingual (English/French)
    preferred
  • Residency within the
    Ottawa region

Role Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Remote, field-based within Ottawa and surrounding area
