About the Role
Our client, Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is hiring is seeking a strategic
Head of Compensation & Benefits
to lead total rewards programs across Canada and the U.S. This role is key to ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective compensation and benefits offerings, while also overseeing HR systems and data integrity.
What You'll Do:
- Design and manage compensation structures, incentive plans, and job evaluations
- Lead annual compensation cycles and provide strategic guidance on offers and retention
- Administer benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, wellness) in partnership with brokers
- Oversee HRIS platforms and ensure data accuracy
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for salary, bonus, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal governance
- Educate HR team members and employees on total rewards offerings
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits (Canada & U.S.)
- Post-secondary education in HR, business, or finance
- Certifications such as CEBS, CCP, CHRP are assets
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with pension plans, benchmarking, and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
