We are looking for a self-motivated, eager-to-learn, and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about marketing, technology, and AI-driven healthcare, this role will give you hands-on experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with the marketing team to contribute to MetaOptima's marketing growth initiatives — with the freedom to explore your areas of interest. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify new prospective leads, distributors, and clinic partners.
  • Execute lead outreach campaigns and monitor engagement and conversion rates.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Develop, schedule, and optimize email campaigns to boost engagement.
  • Maintain and update lead data within HubSpot or other CRM tools.

Content & SEO

  • Write and optimize SEO blog content, ensuring alignment with strategic keywords and a consistent publishing schedule.
  • Leverage AI tools for SEO, copywriting, and content ideation.

Social Media & Brand Management

  • Create and schedule content, campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics.

Design & Marketing Collateral

  • Support in designing digital assets and marketing materials that reflect brand standards.

Project & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain project management boards, prepare weekly reports, and participate in daily stand-ups.
  • Contribute ideas during team meetings and execute assigned projects independently.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related program (Visual Arts/Graphic Design with business interest also welcome).
  • Demonstrated initiative or previous marketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using or experimenting with AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney).
