Candidate Profile The Marketing Co-op Student is part of the regional marketing team and will provide support with proposal production, data management, and other marketing initiatives. This role offers insight into the AEC industry and involves diverse marketing tasks to advance skills in content creation, market research, and data analytics. Employment Details Location: Vancouver, BCStart Date: January 2026Salary: $27 per hour Key Responsibilities Assist with the RFP process through researching new project opportunities, typing and formatting proposals, and sourcing and organizing marketing materials. Coordinate and produce proposals, including layout, organization, and drafting of text from team members. Enter and maintain data in our CRM. Maintain and organize data for marketing analytics. Prepare desktop publishing works, including written content and layouts for presentations or marketing initiatives. Conduct market and industry research to share with the marketing team and senior engineers. Monitor industry trends through various media sources. Assist with the design, organization, and maintenance of promotional materials and marketing collateral. Professional Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills Working proficiency in MS Office Suite (all programs), especially Excel; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset. Excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills.Ability to self‑manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight.
