Candidate Profile

The Marketing Co-op Student is a part of the regional marketing team. They will provide support to the Regional Marketing Team with proposal production, data management, and other marketing initiatives.

As a Marketing Co-op student, you will gain valuable insight into the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry. You'll complete a diverse range of marketing tasks and advance your skills in areas such as content creation, market research and data analytics.

This position is open to anyone currently studying business/marketing/communications as part of a full-time post secondary course and who is eligible for a Co-op experience.

Location: Vancouver, BC

Start Date: January 2026

Salary: $27 per hr.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the RFP process through investigating new project opportunities, typing and formatting of proposals and sourcing and organizing marketing materials.
  • Assisting with the coordination and production of proposals, which includes layout and organization of the document; coordinating and writing text from various team members; creation of drafts and general information.
  • Data entry and maintenance of our CRM.
  • Maintenance and organization of data for various marketing analytics.
  • Preparing desktop publishing works including written content and layouts for presentations or marketing initiatives.
  • Performing market and industry research to share with the marketing team and senior engineers.
  • Monitoring industry trends through various media sources.
  • Assisting with the design, organization and maintenance of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
Professional Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or related field

SKILLS

  • Working proficiency in MS Office Suite (all programs), and in particular, Excel. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight.
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of business personnel and build strong working relationships.
