Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oakville, ON, for an Associate Advisor to assist in creating financial plans, conducting research on investment opportunities, preparing client reports, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. Our team is very close knit and are high performers, so we're looking to expand on this.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in research, data analysis, and identifying investment opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate client reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools; knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes is an asset.
  • Teamwork, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Completion of relevant financial certifications (CSC, CPH) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
