As a Kitchen Team Member, you will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen operations by ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu items.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, including dishwashing and food prep tasks.
Experience
- Must have food and health safety certification
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques are advantageous.
