Reporting to the Associate Manager of the Central Services – Cheques and Output Team, you will be responsible for various functions that support teams within Canada Operations.
You will work closely with business partners in various aspects as set out in the following accountabilities.
This position will require the employee to be working in the office full-time.
What you will do:
- Sorting, verifying and distributing system generated reports to internal business partners.
- Preparing documents for scanning and digital retention.
- Reviewing time sensitive client and advisor communication prior to distribution.
- Reconciling and distributing system generated cheques.
- Assembling Life Insurance policy contracts, both paper based and digital format.
- Monitoring a general shared mailbox.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks as requested.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience working in an environment that manages high volumes, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
- A team player with a positive attitude, and an interest in collaborating with others.
- Reliability Status Security Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. This is a personal security status that is required as a condition of employment before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website. The cost of submitting these checks will be covered by Canada Life.
The base salary for this position is between $36,900 - $49,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
