Here's what we're looking for:

  • Familiarity with the FLIGHT curriculum and Emergent curriculum.
  • Enthusiasm and energy that's contagious.
  • Genuine love for working with kids.
  • A caring, compassionate, and patient demeanour.
  • Flexibility, positivity, and a team player mentality.

In addition, candidates must have:

  • A clear criminal record checks with a vulnerable sector screening
  • A Level 2* or 3* ECE certificate: REQUIRED
  • Standard Childcare First Aid and CPR training certification: REQUIRED
  • Experience with Toddlers or Preschoolers: REQUIRED
