Job Summary

We are seeking Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial electrical work and a strong understanding of electrical systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The Electrician will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and low voltage systems. We would be willing to accept resumes from persons who would like to begin entering the trade as well. Apprentices and journeymen are all welcome to apply.

Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Ensure all installations meet local codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, experience as an Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage applications, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
