We are fast-paced, customer-centric cafe & bistro, with high standards for food quality, customer service, team accountability.

WHAT IS THIS JOB ABOUT:
We have an opportunity for an energetic Chef/Cook to work with our team, and support our Monday to Friday Breakfast and Lunch, and support Saturday and Sunday Brunch, Prep, and Catering Services when needed.
Must be comfortable to cook front of the customers, prepare a variety of Hot Food dishes, bake, prepare desserts, and have excellent knife skills. Experience using & cleaning a deli meats slicer a plus. Expertise in food safety & quality.
Roughly, the schedule would be as follows:
Monday to Friday 7:30-2:30pm
REQUIRED:
Absolute Punctuality & be able to reliably come to work at the scheduled time reliably, and have the flexibility to come in earlier or stay later if required.
Work Ethic, & Accountability
Skill & confidence to cook in front of customers is a must
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
Comfortable Baking or ready to learn
Being able to design daily Lunch Menus
Prepare the current Weekend Brunch specials during the week.
You will be in charge of a current 2 people team, that have strong drive and dedication, mentor them and build a strong team.
Help with maintaining inventory controls and purchasing
Support front/sandwich stations when catering or special occasions.
