What You'll Be Responsible For

Technician Management

  • Manage and support all HVAC service technicians
  • Ensure strong daily communication and job clarity
  • Push techs to hit their targets:
  • Van TARGET numbers
  • Google reviews
  • Gravity Shields (maintenance plan sales)
  • Maintain accountability and performance standards

Customer Communication

  • Keep homeowners updated on service progress, parts arrival, timelines, and quotes
  • Provide professional, clean communication by phone, email, and Jobber
  • Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction at all points

Parts & Estimating

  • Source HVAC parts quickly and cost-effectively
  • Price parts and service jobs accurately
  • Sell HVAC repair work and parts over the phone
  • Build small quotes and assist techs with larger ones

Operations Support

  • Ensure notes, files, and photos are uploaded cleanly into Jobber
  • Track open jobs, open parts, and ensure follow-ups happen
  • Keep technicians moving efficiently across their day
  • Follow and track technicians to follow procedures.

  • Experienced in HVAC systems (service, parts, or field knowledge required)
  • Confident and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized and detail-driven
  • Not afraid to push technicians and hold people accountable
  • Great with homeowners and able to calm, guide, and communicate clearly
  • Motivated, reliable, and wants to grow with a fast-expanding company
  • A natural problem solver who thinks a few steps ahead
