Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through case management, ensuring they receive the necessary services and resources. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the community by providing guidance, advocacy, and support to clients facing various challenges. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and supervisory experience to effectively oversee case plans and coordinate services.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to review their immigration situation and understand their needs.
  • Help clients gather required documents for applications, renewals, or legal processes.
  • Assist clients in completing immigration forms and submitting applications correctly.
  • Explain immigration steps, timelines, and requirements in a clear and supportive way.
  • Track case deadlines and follow up to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time.
  • Maintain organized, confidential files for each client's immigration case.
  • Provide clients with updates about their case status and next steps.
  • Support clients during stressful situations and help them understand their rights and options.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in case management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once
  • Strong sense of ethics and responsibility
  • Ability to stay calm and supportive in stressful situations.
  • Bachelor's degree Required
