Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to review their immigration situation and understand their needs.
- Help clients gather required documents for applications, renewals, or legal processes.
- Assist clients in completing immigration forms and submitting applications correctly.
- Explain immigration steps, timelines, and requirements in a clear and supportive way.
- Track case deadlines and follow up to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time.
- Maintain organized, confidential files for each client's immigration case.
- Provide clients with updates about their case status and next steps.
- Support clients during stressful situations and help them understand their rights and options.
Requirements
- Proven experience in case management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to manage multiple cases at once
- Strong sense of ethics and responsibility
- Ability to stay calm and supportive in stressful situations.
- Bachelor's degree Required
