Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to review their immigration situation and understand their needs.
  • Help clients gather required documents for applications, renewals, or legal processes.
  • Assist clients in completing immigration forms and submitting applications correctly.
  • Explain immigration steps, timelines, and requirements in a clear and supportive way.
  • Track case deadlines and follow up to ensure all paperwork is submitted on time.
  • Maintain organized, confidential files for each client's immigration case.
  • Provide clients with updates about their case status and next steps.
  • Support clients during stressful situations and help them understand their rights and options.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in case management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once
  • Strong sense of ethics and responsibility
  • Ability to stay calm and supportive in stressful situations.
  • Bachelor's degree Required
