Job Description
What makes this role important at Ipsos?
Join our IUU Canada team of over 20 research specialists As a Market Research Manager in IUU Online Communities and Panels, you will work closely with our directors on the team to support in managing all phases of market research projects.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Make projects happen: Assist in managing research projects for an array of different clients using both Qual and Quant methodologies with support of an Ipsos Director
  • Understand clients' programmatic issues and the challenging contexts in which they operate.
  • Analyze and interpret results and prepare first draft reports.
  • Build Ipsos's success: Contribute to business development efforts.
  • Work with others: within the team, across Canada and globally, you will be part of a global network of passionate researchers.

More Specifically

  • Light moderation of online research activities (discussion boards)
  • Designing first draft questionnaires and discussion guides
  • Drafting summary reports or preparing data for analysis.
  • Project management of research activities (ensure projects are fielding smoothly).
  • Working with an operations team to execute fielding of activities.

This might be the job for you if you have:

  • "Hit the ground running" 2 years Market Research experience demonstrating strong familiarity with the executional elements of research such as screener development, assist with coordination, discussion guide and questionnaire development across a variety of research techniques and methodologies and project management.
  • Experience with online Communities/Digital qualitative and quantitative research expertise/experience is a benefit
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Oral/Written Communication Skills, including qualitative analysis and storytelling.
  • Proactive detail orientation
