Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various types of windows coverings in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

  • Install windows coverings according to specifications
  • Perform necessary adjustments to ensure windows coverings are level and working appropriately
  • Utilize tools and equipment safely, including drills, and saws.
  • Read and interpret instructions to ensure proper installation of all products
  • Collaborate with other employees to complete projects efficiently.
  • Complete and follow all company checklist and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and co-workers/sales personnel regarding any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the construction field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the use tools such as drills, saws and ability to measure accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driver's abstract is required for transportation to job sites at all times
