Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional guest service in our restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

- Assist in expediting food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries

- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to maintain smooth food service flow

- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant environment is preferred

- Strong guest services skills with a willingness to help and assist customers

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

- Basic knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen operations

- Familiarity with cashiering duties is a plus
