The Pink Bar is looking for talented, motivated, and client-focused Nail Technicians to join our growing team as independent subcontractors. If you are passionate about nails, love creating beautiful work, and want the freedom of contract-based income without the pressure of hourly quotas, this is the perfect fit.

About the Role

As a subcontractor at The Pink Bar, you will perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail art, and salon-specific services. You will have the opportunity to work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment with an established clientele and constant new client demand.

This is not an employee position. Subcontractors maintain their independence while benefiting from our brand, marketing, booking system, and salon reputation.

Compensation

  • Commission-based pay (percentage discussed during interview)
  • Independent contractor role – you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and contributions
  • Flexible scheduling

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality nail services with attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build/maintain your client relationships
  • Stay up to date with trends, techniques, and best practices
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for booked appointments
  • Use salon equipment and supplies responsibly

  • Experience in gel nails, nail art, or structured manicures is a strong asset
  • Reliability, professionalism, and positive energy
  • Strong communication and client-care skills
  • Ability to work independently as a subcontractor
  • Willingness to follow salon policies and uphold our brand standarda
