- Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Perform body waxing services with attention to client comfort and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products sold.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in sanitizing tools and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of various nail care techniques and products.
- Experience in body waxing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
- Retail sales experience is a plus.
