If you thrive on solving high-complexity problems, mentoring others, and delivering flawless customer service, we want you to Act Like an Owner on our team.This role is for a self-starter who can confidently lead projects from design through deployment across multiple, concurrent clients. You'll be the trusted expert responsible for turning client requirements into best-in-class Workday solutions.What You'll OwnImplementation & Configuration: Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various Financials module(s).Strategic Consulting: Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. You'll assess needs, propose alternative solutions, and advise clients on Workday best practices and process improvements.Project Leadership: Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision.Delivery Excellence: Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores.Mentorship & Knowledge: Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members. You'll contribute actively to our knowledge repository, sharing best practices and innovative deployment approaches.Deep Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.What You'll BringExperience: 4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client.Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting plus expert command of at least one additional module (e.g., Procurement, Expenses, Projects, FDM/Advanced Financial Reporting, Customer Billing).Leadership: Proven ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live).Consultative Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and proven ability to influence stakeholders, guiding internal and client discussions toward timely solution agreement.Technical Acumen: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change.Travel: Willingness to meet minimal travel requirements (
