Edmonton AB TM E, Canada G&J Construction Group Full time $223,040 per year

Maintain and service a fleet of road construction equipment and tandem trucks.

Apprentices wages will be matched accordingly to journeyman rate

G&J Maintains a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy

Responsibilities

- Use hand and power tools to diagnose and repair vehicles

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues

- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Able to be on call for emergency's after hours

Qualifications

-Certified heavy duty mechanic

- Previous experience as an heavy duty mechanic

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $43.00 per hour
